@inezakker (alias Irene) est une DJ & productrice techno émergente espagnole basée aux Pays-Bas.Son mix est un élégant mélange entre techno brute et hypnotique. @djsibel lui a posé quelques questions : Who are you ? My name is Inez Akker and I am a Techno DJ/Producer living in the Netherlands. I started DJing 5 years ago as a simple hobbie, and things escalated into an almost full-time passion that took me to play in amazing venues. Making people dance like crazy is what truly keeps me addicted to the booth! How would you describe your mix? A combination of groovy & hypnotic elements layered on top of a powerful lowend. Which artists, DJs, producer inspire you? My biggest inspiration comes from the early 90’s sound of Electronic Music, such as Underworld, the Chemical Brothers and Kraftwerk. I like to take this old school vibe and re-invent it with my own interpretation of modern underground Techno & Hardgroove sounds, like the kind of style you find in Berlin clubs. What was your best moment on stage? Without a doubt, my most exciting momento on stage was the first time I closed Melkweg, since it was the first time I could close a party for a big crowd (1,300 people). What is your B2B dream? Yanamaste (resident at Khidi Club in Georgia, my favourite DJ at the moment) and Antonio Fevola (my musical twin, we are both residents of Subliminal Collective, and this B2B will materialize soon!).
